**Chance**

Conduct an experiment to see how the amount of water in a cup changes with the amount of water in the cup. Make sure a teacher pours the hot water for you!

Create a table with the headings – amount of water (mL), amount of water (L), starting temperature (C), final temperature (degrees C).

Make a graph (either drawn or using Create-a-Graph) to show how the temperature drop is related to the amount of water in the cup. What does your graph tell you?

Design a survey to ask students in the school a question where students respond with a number.

Graph your results usingĀ Create-a-Graph. Identify the median, range and the mode of the data. Use Excel to sort the data.
